Today in our village, we cook traditional Idiyappam recipe and goat leg Paya recipe. We cook Idiyappam as main food and goat leg Paya for sidedish and gravy for idiyappam.
We use 40 Goat legs for making Paya and rice flour for making Idiyappam.
Normally Idiyappam looks like Noodles but It's a south Indian food and also It's a very tasty tiffin Item with Paya.

In this video, We harvest Sweet Potatoes in the early morning from the field and then we make the process to cook. In Tamil Nadu, we call Sweet Potatoes as Sakkaravalli Kilangu and It's very tasty and Healthiest too.
Normally we cook Kuzhi Paniyaram recipe wit rice flour but we use Seeni Kilangu for paniyaram.
Sweet Potato is the healthiest recipe in our village. In our childhood, we eat as evening snacks.
We just cook the Omelette recipe by adding Tasty Seafood Items. We use 150 Eggs, 15KG Prawns and 15KG Crabs.
We first steam the prawns and crabs to separate the meat of them, then we fry the meat with masala to give extra taste on the omelette.
Finally, we mix it with eggs and some spices. The taste is yummy!
