The anime will tell the story about PC-98 touhou characters. The circle has planned this project since early 2014, as they are all PC-98 touhou story fans.
After a lot of research about PC-98 Touhou, the story gradually form. Because PC-98 touhou's world view is much different with touhou today, even each touhou title has a little deviation in setting, they plan to collect all ZUN's touhou settings, and let PC-98 touhou character meet WINDOWS touhou character. This kind of story would make for an unexpected fresh storyline which hasn't been done much before and will be interesting.
There will be a doujin manga and Illustration book in the future for this project
