El simpático campanero Quasimodo ayudado por todos sus amigos, se enfrentará en esta emocionante aventura a los planes del malvado Sarousch, hechicero y dueño de un circo.
Sarouch pretende robar la famosa campana de la Catedral, La Fidele. Para ello se vale de sus poderes de hechicería y obliga a la nueva amiga de Quasimodo, Madellaine a convertirse en su cómplice.
