In episode 0097, Handyman Negri stops by Mr. Rogers' to fix his "telecan", which apparently needs the traffic light to function in order to work. They replace the light bulb in the amber section, but notice how they use small a appliance bulb. This was likely because other bulbs would be too bright this particular studio environment.
