Toni Kroos, the Real Madrid legend, will end his career as a professional footballer after this summer's European Championship. Since joining Real Madrid in 2014, Toni Kroos has played a key part in Real Madrid's success, picking up 22 titles during his time in Madrid. His honours include five Champions League titles and four LaLiga titles. Today we say thank to you to one of the greatest players in Real Madrid's history.
