Bir gün Cem’in annesi ona birkaç sihirli balon hediye etmiş. Cem bu balonların sihirli olduğunu fark etmiş ve hemen balonları şişirmeye başlamış. Balonları şişirdikçe Cem bir anda kendini gökyüzünde bulmuş. Gökyüzünde uçarken renkli bulutlara dokunuyor, kuşlarla yarışıyor ve etrafındakilerle oyun oynuyormuş. Bir süre sonra Cem’in sihirli balonları onu Balonköy’ün en renkli ormanına götürmüş. Ormanda devasa çikolata ağaçları, rengarenk pastalar varmış. Cem dayanamayıp bu çikolata ve pastaların tadına bakmış.
