IDIYAPPAM & AATTU KAAL PAYA | Village Noodles with Goat Leg Paya Recipe | Cooking Mutton Paya

Today in our village, we cook traditional Idiyappam recipe and goat leg Paya recipe. We cook Idiyappam as main food and goat leg Paya for sidedish and gravy for idiyappam.

We use 40 Goat legs for making Paya and rice flour for making Idiyappam.

Normally Idiyappam looks like Noodles but It's a south Indian food and also It's a very tasty tiffin Item with Paya.
