Costa Palmas Lawsuits Irongate & Jason Grosfeld

Costa Palmas a luxury development in Cabo San Lucas has been plagued by lawsuits from buyers who have accused the developer and co-conspirators of fraud, extortion, and numerous other alleged crimes. The defendants Jason Grosfeld, Irongate, Mitchel Laufer, Michael Radovan, are named defendants. Grosfeld had been involved in two previous lawsuits prior to Costa Palmas involving developments in Hawaii and Baja California that involved Donald Trump.
