Nearly 8 years ago, the Rick and Nicole Chavez built their first home in Carlsbad New Mexico with us. When the Farmview VI Community opened just over a year ago, they decided to build thier dream home.

"We're happy with what KT built for us. The first time around, and the second time around" said Rick.

Nicole shared, "It truly is about finding that person that you know is going to be with you through it all, and then know that they are going to be there after the fact."
