In episode 0097, Handyman Negri stops by Mr. Rogers' to fix his "telecan", which apparently needs the traffic light to function in order to work. They replace the light bulb in the amber section, but notice how they use small a appliance bulb. This was likely because other bulbs would be too bright this particular studio environment. İkinci Dünya Savaşı sırasında Norveçte Kalp Damar Hastalıklarında ölenlerin sayısında keskin bir düşüş yaşanıyor. Önceleri bunu pek anlamlandıramıyorlar. Sonrasında ise savaş sırasında askerlerin tüm hayvanlar ve hayvansal ürünlere el koyduklarından dolayı halkın aç kalmamak için mecburen sebze ve meyve ağırlıklı beslendiği yani tamamen bitkisel beslendiği ortaya çıkıyor.

1990 larda ilk sonuçlar geldiğinde 195 hastada düşük yağlı vejeteryan diyet, egzersiz, sigarayı bırakma ve stress ile başa çıkma yöntemleri uygulanıyor. Sonuç bir yılda % 50’den fazla anjiyoda saptanmış darlıklarda % 11 oranında azalma bunu yapmayan kontrol grubunda ise % 16 civarında artış görülüyor hem de hiç kolesterol ilacı kullanmadan.
Ekim 2013’de yayınlanan bir makalede de Mercimek bazlı beslenme ile bacak damarlarında tıkanıklık olanlarda kan akımı % 9 gibi bir oranda 3 hafta içinde arttığı tespit edilmiş.
2014 yılında gene Uganda da Afrikalı ve Asyalı 12-40 yaş arasında kolesterol düzeyleri ve kalp hastalığı arasındaki ilişki araştırılmış. Kolesterol düzeylerini düşük olduğu 140 civarında görlmüş. Yine beslenme; tatlı pateets, kabak, pazı, ıspnanak, yerlmlası, muz yedikleri görülmüş.
Bitkisel beslenme ile kanser arasında da güzel bir ilişki olduğuna dair bazı bulguları da gelecek videoda sizinle paylaşacağım.
Bu şekilde sizi takibe etmek isterim ve seve seve elimden geleni yaparım. Böylece bizde kendi ülkemizde benzer bir çalışma yapabiliriz. Kapım size açık.
Bu tür çalışmalar zor ve uzun süren çalışmalardır.
Limonlu sarımsak karışım ile aniden damarların açıldığını bende görmek istiyorum.

El simpático campanero Quasimodo ayudado por todos sus amigos, se enfrentará en esta emocionante aventura a los planes del malvado Sarousch, hechicero y dueño de un circo.
Sarouch pretende robar la famosa campana de la Catedral, La Fidele. Para ello se vale de sus poderes de hechicería y obliga a la nueva amiga de Quasimodo, Madellaine a convertirse en su cómplice. El hijo de Esmeralda se interpone en sus planes e intenta detener a Sarousch. Quasimodo, ignorando los recelos de sus divertidas camaradas: las Gárgolas, y guiado por su corazón, se lanza al recate de su pequeño compañero y la valiosa campana.
