M3U8 Realtime Livestream Test and Playback

This is a test using OBS Studio casting a live video stream to Mux.com to handle the stream and produce M3U8 URL. The M3U8 URL is then imported into Playtubescript and playing realtime! Challenge is will the livestream save after Livestream ends. At present it only can handle the Dynamic livestream but not the transition to static.
