My Travel Morning Routine
In todays vlog I am in Vancouver BC for the day traveling back to Seattle in the evening. My friend Kiersten and I stayed in downtown vancouver and had a few extra hours to kill before getting to work, so we found things to do in vancouver bc. The first thing we did was go to the lynn canyon suspension bridge, which is a free things to do just 30 minutes away from downtown vancouver! Then, we went to brunch at catch 122, if your looking for good vancouver bc food definitely check out catch 122, it's really good! After that I filmed at the gym, then we drove back to Seattle and were home by 9! On this day I got into a good travel morning routine. If there isn't a time change when I am traveling, I try to wake up as early as possible to get the most out of my day! This morning I woke up around 7 am, walked around the city, got coffee, walked to the water, signed up for a barre class, and then got ready for my day! If you can fit in what you do on a typical morning (like work out) I find my body adjusts to where ever I am quicker and a got an all around better and more productive day!
