Today in our village, we cook traditional Idiyappam recipe and goat leg Paya recipe. We cook Idiyappam as main food and goat leg Paya for sidedish and gravy for idiyappam.

We use 40 Goat legs for making Paya and rice flour for making Idiyappam.

Normally Idiyappam looks like Noodles but It's a south Indian food and also It's a very tasty tiffin Item with Paya.

Here is my first video project.<br />
<br />
It is a timelapse video of the the mountainscape in Allgäu/ Bavaria/ Germany. <br />
All sequences are shot in the area around the town Bad Hindelang.<br />
<br />
The exact shooting locations were Hinterstein, Bad Hindelang, Oberjoch, Sonthofen, Burgberg, Oberstdorf, Hüttenberg and Gunzesried.<br />
<br />
I have spent over 12 months collecting footage for this, I have shot approx. 20,000 stills before choosing 10,000 of them for this video.<br />
<br />
Personally it is my goal to show you the beauty of the mountains on all the different daytimes and seasons.<br />
They are always nice, even if the weather is bad.<br />
One of my focus points is for sure the photography of the night sky, which fascinates me the most.<br />
<br />
I have spent a lot of time in the nature taking these pictures, however the most work had to be done at home with post processing. And although you always feel like there is something you could have improved, even small details, before releasing, you come to a point when you just have to finish. And this time is now.<br />
<br />
I want to thank my friends and family for supporting me.<br />
