The main auditorium inside still retains its original structure, but it has fallen into severe disrepair over the decades due to long-term abandonment.

The building with the prominent vertical red sign seen in the image was originally known as the F. and W. Grand Silver Store Building, constructed in 1931. After changing ownership multiple times and later operating as the Hartfield’s shopping center, the building was officially designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 2018. Today, its upper facade has been carefully restored to its original appearance, while the interior has been completely renovated into modern office spaces.
